Alice McSeveney

Alice joined Wholebeing Health Foods (previously Conscious Food) in 2013 after her experiences working in the pharmaceutical industry and of her own health issues led her down the path of natural healing.

City life isn’t for everyone, and for Alice the stress of living and working in London was wreaking havoc on her body and mind. High stress levels led to insomnia and low mood with a poor diet that caused weight gain, frequent illness and low energy.

After making a concerted effort to improve her overall wellbeing, Alice delved into the world of ‘natural healing’ - researching and exploring the impact of different foods on her health, changing her lifestyle and exploring natural remedies.

The revelation that she was making positive steps to lowering her stress levels and healing herself through diet and exercise inspired Alice to deepen her own knowledge and use it to help others. She gained a Health Coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, studying a range of dietary theories and contemporary health topics from some of the top professionals in the industry such as Dr Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra and Dr David Katz.

Alice specialises in taking a holistic approach towards helping people to gain energy, heal imbalances and feel better in their body by integrating simple but profound healthy habits that last. She believes that wellness is achieved through the mind-body connection and aims to show others that living a healthy life can be easy, pleasurable and delicious.

When not talking or coaching health and wellness, Alice loves to fill her free time exploring the Cornish coasts, scouring the local food markets, cooking for friends, year round sea swimming (with no wetsuit!) and practising yoga.
